Your first subscription payment is charged immediately when you sign up. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month.

Example:

• Subscribe on February 5 → first charge immediately, next charge March 5, and then each month on the 5th
• Subscribe on February 18 → first charge immediately, next charge March 18, and then each month on the 18th

Mail Club is shipped in four batches each month:

1. Batch 1: Subscribers who join between the 1st and 7th will have their Mail Club sent on the 8th.
2. Batch 2: Subscribers who join between the 8th and 14th will have their Mail Club sent on the 15th.
3. Batch 3: Subscribers who join between the 15th and 21st will have their Mail Club sent on the 22nd.
4. Batch 4: Subscribers who join between the 22nd and the end of the month will have their Mail Club sent on the last day of the month

Example:

If you subscribe at any time in January, you’ll receive January’s mail.

You can subscribe at any point during the month and still receive that month’s Mail Club. You won’t miss that month’s theme! 

U.S. Shipping

Mail Club is sent via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is not included, but each package is carefully prepared to arrive safely.

Shipping is included in your subscription price for U.S. orders.

Please allow 5–7 days from the shipping date for delivery. If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.

International Shipping

To keep shipping costs low, International Mail Club orders are sent via USPS untracked letter mail using a Global Forever stamp.

International shipping is $1.50 USD. The amount shown at checkout may vary slightly due to currency conversion.

Orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping, but depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing, delivery may take up to 8 weeks or longer.
Because this service is untracked, delivery times can vary significantly by country. If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.

Pausing your subscription means you won’t be charged for upcoming months, and you can restart whenever you like.
Canceling will stop all future shipments and charges.

Yes! Past Mail Club bundles will be available in the Mail Club tab for customers within the U.S.

Because quantities are limited and past editions require additional time to recreate, they are offered at a slightly higher price.
