Each Mail Club envelope is built around a brand-new original artwork (all hand drawn by me) and the feelings that inspired it. Every month is unique!

Each month you’ll receive:

  • 1 original 5x7 art print that doubles as a postcard
  • 2 special paper goods that pair with the artwork (sticker, a bookmark, mini art print, or other surprises)
  • Themed, thoughtful packaging designed to match the mood of the month
  • A printed newsletter where I share my inspiration, thoughts, and little behind-the-scenes details

When will I be charged?

💳 Billing & Subscription Payments

Your first subscription payment is charged immediately when you sign up. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month.

✨ Example

Subscribe on February 5 → first charge is immediate, next charge is March 5, and then every month on the 5th.

When will my Mail Club be shipped?

📬 Monthly Shipping Schedule

Mail Club is shipped in three batches each month:

Batch 1: Subscribers who join between the 1st and 10th will have their Mail Club sent on the 11th each month.

Batch 2: Subscribers who join between the 11th and 20th will have their Mail Club sent on the 21st each month.

Batch 3: Subscribers who join between the 21st and the end of the month will have their Mail Club sent on the last day of the month each month.

✨ Example

If you joined on the 8th, your Mail Club will be sent out on the 11th of every month.


📬 Mail Club Shipping Notifications

If you receive an email stating that your Mail Club order has been sent out on a date different from the scheduled Mail Club batch dates, please disregard it. Mail Club is only shipped on the designated batch dates (11th, 21st, and the last day of each month). Occasionally, the system may send an automated “shipped” email when a label is printed, as it treats it like a regular order.

💌 Good to know

You can subscribe at any point during the month and still receive that month’s Mail Club, you won’t miss the current theme.

For example, if you subscribe at any time in February, you will still receive February’s Mail Club.

Mail Club is shipped via USPS letter mail using a Forever U.S. stamp. This is untracked mail, meaning tracking information is not available. Shipping is included in your subscription price for U.S. orders.

Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, but please allow up to 10 days from the shipping date for delivery. If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.

International Shipping Details

Mail Club is shipped via USPS letter mail using a Global Forever stamp. This is untracked mail, meaning tracking information is not available.

Orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping, but depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing, delivery may take up to 8 weeks or longer. Because this is an untracked service, delivery times can vary significantly by country.

If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.

International shipping for Mail Club is $1.50 USD. The final amount shown at checkout may vary slightly due to currency conversion.

📦 Please Note

Mail Club is the only item available for international shipping. All other shop items currently ship within the United States only. However, if you are interested in ordering stickers, please feel free to email me, I may be able to send you an invoice.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

⏸️ Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can pause or cancel your Mail Club subscription at any time through the link in your subscription confirmation email or by logging into your account at shannascreations.com.

Pausing your subscription means you will not be charged for upcoming months, and you can restart it whenever you’d like.

Canceling your subscription will stop all future shipments and charges.

Can I Receive My Mail Earlier in the Month?

📬 Receiving Your Mail Earlier in the Month

Yes! If you would like your Mail Club to be sent out with the first batch on the 11th, you can adjust your subscription by canceling and resubscribing.

To do this:

  • Cancel your current subscription anytime between the 1st–10th of the month
  • Re-purchase the Mail Club anytime between the 1st–10th of the month
  • Your new subscription date will become your billing date going forward

✨ Example

If your current subscription charges on the 21st of each month, your mail is sent with the third batch at the end of the month.

If you cancel on April 3rd and resubscribe, your new billing date becomes the 3rd of each month, and your mail will be sent with the first batch on the 11th.

Can I purchase past months’ artwork?

✉️ Past Mail Club Bundles

Yes! Past Mail Club bundles are available under the Shop tab in the “Past Mail Club” section.

Because quantities are limited and past editions take additional time to recreate, they are offered at a slightly higher price than the original subscription.

Each Past Mail Club includes everything that was originally sent for that month, so you can still collect the full set even if you missed it the first time.

Past Mail Clubs are shipped just like our regular ones, so domestic and international details remain the same. These are sent via standard postage, which means tracking is not available. Your order will ship within 3–5 business days.

Once a past edition sells out, it may not return.

How do I change my shipping address?

📦 Changing Your Address

You can update your shipping address any time before your next subscription date by logging into your account at shannascreations.com and editing your subscription details.

If you are unable to update it there, please fill out the contact form as soon as possible so I can help make sure your next Mail Club is sent to the correct address.

If your order as already been placed, you cannot change your address yourself. You must fill out the contact form to have it updated before I ship out.

My Mail Hasn’t Arrived, What Do I Do?

📭 My Mail Club Hasn’t Arrived

First, please check which batch your Mail Club was sent in, as shipping dates depend on your subscription date.

If your Mail has already been sent and the estimated delivery time for your U.S. or international order has passed, the first step is to confirm that your shipping address on file is correct.

If the address is correct, please check with neighbors, household members, or any shared mailbox or parcel locker. Since Mail Club is sent as a stamped letter envelope, it can sometimes be placed in a different spot or brought inside by someone else.

If you’ve checked everywhere and still can’t locate it, please email me with your order number and I’ll help you get it sorted. Please make sure to specify in your email that you have done all of the above.
