Monthly Mail Club 💌
Come join my Mail Club! 🫶 I’d be so happy to have you along! Think of it as a monthly letter from me to a new friend.
Each Mail Club envelope is built around a brand-new original artwork (all hand drawn by me) and the feelings that inspired it. Every month is unique!
Each month you’ll receive:
- 1 original 5x7 art print that doubles as a postcard
- 2 special paper goods that pair with the artwork (sticker, a bookmark, mini art print, or other surprises)
- Themed, thoughtful packaging designed to match the mood of the month
- A printed newsletter where I share my inspiration, thoughts, and little behind-the-scenes details
- Occasional extra surprises, added whenever I feel inspired ✨
Details:
- Ships once per month
- If you subscribe in January, your first order will be shipped out in February
- If you subscribe in January, February will automatically skip and you will not be charged again until March
- Artwork and contents change every month
- Subscription renews automatically

Have Some Questions about The Monthly Mail Club?
When will I be charged?
Since February is the first month of the mail club, if you subscribed in January, you have preordered Februarys Mail. Your subscription will automatically skip in February, and your payment will go through as normal in March.
Your first subscription payment is charged immediately when you sign up. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month.
Example:
- Subscribe on February 5 → first charge immediately, next charge March 5, and then each month on the 5th
- Subscribe on February 18 → first charge immediately, next charge March 18, and then each month on the 18th
When will my Mail Club be shipped?
If you subscribed in January for the February Mail (the horse carousel postcard) your first mail club letter will be sent out in February. You should not be charged again until March. If you have, please get in contact with me!
Mail Club is shipped in three batches each month:
- Batch 1: Subscribers who join between the 1st and 10th will have their Mail Club sent on the 11th each month.
- Batch 2: Subscribers who join between the 11th and 20th will have their Mail Club sent on the 21st each month.
- Batch 3: Subscribers who join between the 21st and the end of the month will have their Mail Club sent on the last day of the month each month.
Example:
- If you joined on the 8th, your mail we will be sent out on the 11th of every month.
You can subscribe at any point during the month and still receive that month’s Mail Club. You won’t miss that month’s theme!
Example:
If you subscribe at any time in February, you’ll receive February's mail.
Shipping Details
U.S. Shipping
Mail Club is sent via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is not included, but each package is carefully prepared to arrive safely.
Shipping is included in your subscription price for U.S. orders.
Mail usually takes 1-5 days for delivery but please allow up to 10 days from the shipping date for delivery. If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.
International Shipping
To keep shipping costs low, International Mail Club orders are sent via USPS untracked letter mail using a Global Forever stamp.
International shipping is $1.50 USD. The amount shown at checkout may vary slightly due to currency conversion.
Orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping, but depending on your country’s postal service and customs processing, delivery may take up to 8 weeks or longer.
Because this service is untracked, delivery times can vary significantly by country. If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for assistance.
Please note: Only the Mail Club is available for international shipping. All other items in the shop ship within the United States.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your Mail Club subscription anytime through the link in your subscription confirmation email or by logging into your account on shannascreations.com
Pausing your subscription means you won’t be charged for upcoming months, and you can restart whenever you like.
Canceling will stop all future shipments and charges.
Can I purchase past months’ artwork?
Yes! Past Mail Club bundles will be available in the Mail Club tab for customers within the U.S.
Because quantities are limited and past editions require additional time to recreate, they are offered at a slightly higher price.
